The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies and food safety standards. This role supervises restaurant staff, maintains service quality, resolves customer concerns, and supports the achievement of sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  2. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
  5. Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
  6. Prepare and manage employee work schedules and assign daily duties.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
  8. Assist with cash handling, sales reconciliation, and accurate recordkeeping.
  9. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
10Support the implementation of promotions, marketing activities, and special events.
  1. Monitor operational costs and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  2. Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Reporting Relationship
  1. Reports to: Area Manager
  2. Supervises: Servers, Cashiers,Bartenders, Kitchen Staff, and other restaurant personnel as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations, including supervisory experience.
  3. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices.
