STORE SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

1. Manage and supervise the store's staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Ensure that store procedures and policies are followed, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service
3. Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders as needed to meet customer demand
4. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
5. Assist with store merchandising, displays, and marketing initiatives
6. Prepare and analyse sales reports, identifying areas for improvement
7. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and profitability

1. At least 2 years of experience in a store management or supervisory role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization
6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Passionate about the retail industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
