Branch Operations Supervisor – Silent Noise Angeles
Silent Noise is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee and represent our Angeles branch.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage daily branch operations, maintain showroom standards, assist customers professionally, monitor inventory accurately, and help support the continuous growth of the branch.
Silent Noise is a DJ and music store/community carrying brands such as AlphaTheta, Hercules, Yamaha, AIAIAI, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and showroom management
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and sales
- Perform inventory checking, stock monitoring, and product organization
- Prepare invoices, quotations, sales transactions, and basic reports
- Coordinate with the main office regarding inventory, orders, and operational concerns
- Ensure proper handling, security, and presentation of products
- Monitor incoming and outgoing items accurately
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and overall branch standards
- Build professional relationships with customers and the local music community
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for branch performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience
- At least 2 years experience in retail operations, inventory management, sales, invoicing, or branch supervision
- Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to learn DJ equipment, musical instruments, and audio products
- Knowledge in DJing, music, instruments, or audio gear is a plus but not required
- Computer literate and willing to learn operational systems and processes
- Has initiative, problem-solving skills, and a professional work ethic
