• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Sales Strategy: Prospecting and identifying new sales leads, sampling items, and closing deals.
• Product & Market Knowledge: Developing an in-depth understanding of the products and tracking market trends and competitors.
• Field Operations: Conducting client visits and managing territory growth.
• Payment Follow-up: Proactively contacting clients via phone or email regarding overdue invoices to provide payment reminders.
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieving and exceeding assigned targets through strategic planning and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of BSBA or any related course
• Experience: Proven track record in sales closing and negotiations. Previous sales experience as an agent in the same or a related field is required.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Tagalog, Bisaya, and Ilonggo.
• Key Attributes: Must be self-motivated, independent, and willing to conduct fieldwork for at least two weeks per month
• Working Setup: Fully Onsite | Monday- Saturday
