FIELD SALESMAN / SALES REPRESENTATIVE (1)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Field Salesman to grow our distribution of pet food and essential consumer goods to pet shops, agri stores, groceries, and retailers.

The role requires route selling, store relationship management, order taking, and account expansion.

Candidates with experience in pet products, feeds, rice, oil, FMCG, or agricultural supplies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and maintain client relationships across assigned outlets
• Expand territory by acquiring new accounts
• Ensure proper product display, availability, and stock levels
• Support collections and maintain good payment practices (if required)
• Submit daily and weekly reports, including market and competitor updates

• Experience: Sales background in FMCG, distribution, or related products; route selling is a plus
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building; organized in reporting
• Basic Requirements: At least High School/Senior High graduate; hardworking and self-motivated
• Advantage: Familiar with local territory; can drive a motorcycle (with license)

• Basic salary: ₱16,000+ (depending on experience)
