Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant and Accounting Associate to support day-to-day operations in both Human Resources and Finance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate financial records, and efficient employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources
  • Assist with recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, contract status, etc.).
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with operations for workforce requirements and shift planning.
  • Help enforce HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Accounting
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, petty cash, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing payroll, benefits disbursement, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
  • Generate monthly financial reports and assist in budget tracking.
  • Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers and employees.
  • Support external audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain accounting records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (BPO setting preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
