About the Role

As a Premium Business Class Travel Consultant, you will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will manage high-value client acquisitions from inbound queues and targeted portfolios. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients enjoy exceptional travel experiences while you are achieving outstanding sales results:

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
  • Rapidly identify client profiles to match the demands of American corporate travelers
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
  • Recommend premium business-class travel solutions, destinations, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Offer premium value, luxury accommodations, and corporate ancillary options, and close sales through effective consultative selling and product expertise
  • Meet individual sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Stay updated on travel products, industry trends, and promotions through continuous learning and training

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in outbound sales, lead generation, upselling, or collections. If you’ve worked on a high-commission account before, you’re our ideal fit
  • You must be comfortable with picking up the phone, taking charge of the conversation, and turning leads into exceptional results
  • Advanced to native-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is an advantage, but not required
