The Job- Contact delinquent customers to discuss account status.
- Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
- Follow up on repayment promises for past due payments.
- Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.

- Field collection experience is required
- Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle
- Computer literate: know how to do basic MS Office, Google Suite applications
