What you'll be doing
  1. Attends immediately to customers when they enter the Reception Area.
  2. Checks the customer’s name from the list of appointments expected for the day to verify whether the customer has an appointment or is a walk-in customer.
  3. Assigns an available Service Advisor to a particular customer to minimize waiting time before he/she is attended to.
  4. Secures the appointment slip with attached status tag and RO Chase Form on the “Today’s Appointment” on the Job Progress Control Board and hands over to the designated Service Advisor (for appointment customers)
What we're looking for
  • Customer Service oriented;
  • Strong organizational, follow-up and communication skills;
  • Time management ability;
  • Proficiency in MS word and Excel
