Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to join our UK client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer bookings, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring appointments are processed efficiently.In addition to booking responsibilities, you'll also support the team by working through operational backlogs, updating records, and completing outstanding administrative tasks to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate customer bookings, appointments, and schedules.
- Process new booking requests accurately and efficiently.
- Amend, reschedule, or cancel bookings based on customer requirements.
- Ensure all booking information is accurate and updated within internal systems.
- Work through operational backlogs by reviewing, updating, and completing outstanding cases.
- Monitor booking queues and prioritize urgent requests.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve booking-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally via email and other communication channels.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in booking coordination, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting UK clients or working within UK business hours is an advantage.
- Experience handling high-volume booking or scheduling environments.
- Previous experience working with operational backlogs or case management.
- Familiarity with logistics, transport, healthcare, or service scheduling is an advantage.
