Education Counselor

Student Link is a QEAC-registered and ECANZ-accredited Australian education agency with global operation. We are hiring an Education Counselor / Sales Executive to drive enrollments and bookings for both Student Link International (education consulting) and SLI Sports (sports tours and training camps).

You will counsel prospective students and families on study-abroad options, promote SLI Sports programs to schools and clubs, generate and convert leads, and manage the full client journey from first inquiry to enrollment or booking.

• Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents on international education pathways
• Promote SLI Sports tours and training camps to schools, clubs, coaches, and athletes
• Generate leads through school visits, events, referrals, and digital inquiries
• Meet monthly sales/enrollment targets for both SLI and SLI Sports
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently with prospects
• Represent SLI at outreach events and partner meetings across Cebu and expansion regions

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
• 1–2 years' experience in education counseling, sales, or business development; agency, immigration consultancy, or sports tour experience highly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong English and Filipino/Bisaya communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally for events and client visits
