What you'll be doing

Lead the planning, implementation, and management of all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting
Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Manage the company's accounting systems and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency
Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in a finance management role, preferably within the accounting industry
Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, including ERP systems
Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred
