Junior Finance and Admin Analyst
Position Description:
Job Description- Provide Operations support e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial Report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports
- Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients
- Prepare and participate in the project review meetings as necessary
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests and ad hoc projects
- Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices
- Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager
- Bachelor’s degree of any business-related course, preferably Finance-related
- Preferably with knowledge on different Project Management or Project Control Office (PMO/PCO) activities such as Financial Analysis, Delivery Assurance and other Administrative tasks
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
- Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems
- Customer-oriented (Know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
- Must have basic to advance knowledge in MS Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willing to work on shifting assignments
