About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis in Bridgetowne, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced customer service environment.As a Customer Service Representative, delivering outstanding support to our clients whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. This role is fundamental to our operations and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and business success.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound customer calls and addressing enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Processing customer requests, complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
- Meeting performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to support team objectives
- Staying updated on product knowledge and service updates through training and development sessions
- College degree or some tertiary education is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional speaking voice
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and telephone equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting performance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential for fresh graduates
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
