Drive new business development within floor and concrete coating solutions across assigned territories
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Develop and execute customer account plans, aligning solutions with client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to secure product specifications
  • Monitor project pipelines closely from specification to execution, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct technical presentations and product recommendations tailored to project requirements
  • Follow up on project progress and coordinate with internal teams to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Ensure timely collection and account management to maintain healthy receivables
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce new products and solutions within the market

A successful Sales Executive for Protective Flooring should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, coatings, or related industries
  • Proven experience in floor coatings, concrete coatings, waterproofing, or similar solutions
  • Strong network within contractors, applicators, consultants, and infrastructure developers
  • Demonstrated track record in project-based selling and client acquisition
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and attend regional trainings
