Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our ESL operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of our educational programs, operations, and teams.

You will play a crucial role in driving growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the company, ensuring the effective delivery of ESL programs to students.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams including instructors, curriculum developers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess program performance, implementing improvements and enhancements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive the company’s growth through the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage the company's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on key performance metrics and operational results

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the education or ESL industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESL programs, teaching methodologies, and student needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, developing strategies, and driving business growth.
  • Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
