Implementation Manager - NLZ

We are seeking an experienced Wireless/Microwave Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of telecommunications projects. Job Description:

As the Wireless/Microwave Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end rollout and implementation of wireless site delivery projects. You will oversee project planning, subcontractor management, and customer communication, ensuring timely delivery, quality management, and cost control.

Key duties will include:

• Project Delivery Expertise: Lead projects from planning to implementation, ensuring all stages of the project are managed effectively, including wireless site delivery and project execution.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrate expertise in integrated management, progress management, quality management, procurement management, and cost management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a project team of no less than five members, ensuring they meet project objectives and deliver results.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to the Philippines’ local construction regulations, including work permits and safety standards.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring proper communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in bidding and project solution design during the pre-sales phase to ensure project feasibility.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and manage project delivery based on budget, quality, and timeline constraints.
• Budget and Cost Control: Execute projects within the established budget, improve delivery efficiency, manage changes, and ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement project governance models and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective communication internally and with clients.
• Team Development: Improve the delivery capabilities of engineers and subcontractors through knowledge transfer, mentoring, and workshops.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in wireless/microwave or relevant fields.
• Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Primavera, and other project management tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and local construction regulations in the Philippines.
• Additional Requirements: Willing to work overtime and travel domestically as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (e.g., team building, conflict management, cross-cultural management).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead large teams.
