Customer Service Representative – Urgent Hiring | No Experience Required

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
- Apply critical thinking and diagnostic techniques to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and quality standards
- Work across multiple tools, systems, and queues depending on business needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Stay updated with product knowledge, processes, and tools
- Open to Fresh Graduates, No BPO Experience Required, and Career Shifters
- At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience is an advantage but not required
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good multitasking and time management abilities
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays
- Amenable to onsite work setup
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
