Job Description:

Alorica is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial (Banking & Finance) Account. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in handling financial-related customer concerns and delivering excellent service.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 months BPO experience handling Banking and Finance accounts
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule (including night shift)
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
