This role is primarily responsible in managing the assigned manpower requirement/s to address business hiring needs on time. Their main goal is to provide excellent customer experience to candidates and Hiring Managers, through effective client management and process excellence

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

  • Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
  • Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
  • Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
  • Manages the candidate journey from sourcing until onboarding.
  • Provides excellent applicant experience. Works with Hiring Managers providing timely updates and status of candidate pipeline.
  • Maintains applicant trackers and reports

What You Need To Have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in staffing/recruitment or account/project management
  • Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

  • Photo / Video Editing skills (Canva, Adobe Ps, Etc.)
  • Excellent Presentation skills
