Primary Function:

Responsible in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of recruitment procedures to fill-up manpower requirements

Duties:

  1. Plots recruitment activities based on hiring plan
  2. Executes and leverages different recruitment activities such as but not limited to:
  • LRA
  • BESO
  • PESO
  • Government Agencies (e.g. DSWD)
  • Employee Referrals and Recommendations
  • Employment Agencies
  • Campus placements
  • Advertisements/Posting
  • DTS/K-12/OJT
  • Inter-RGFC
  • Inter Island
  1. Monitors execution of hiring plan
  2. Diagnose difficult job vacancies to strategize the best recruitment approach
  3. Conducts screening and initial interview for admin-based applicants
  4. Checks Endorsement letter and encoded 201 Files of newly-hired employees
  5. Prepares the following documents and reports:
  • Probationary Contract
  • Appointment/Regularization Letter
  • ITR
  • Proposals
  • TESDA Report
  • Weekly and Monthly Mancount Report
  • Hiring Plan for Supply Chain
  • Deductions for Boarding House, Medical and other requirements of inter-island sourcing
  • PR
People Management
  • Sets and evaluates the performance targets of subordinates
  • Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the department
  • Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates
  • Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates

Educational Attainment

With bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology

License

No required but license in psychometrics is an advantage

Training

Any professional certification in Human Resources is an advantage

Work Experience
