Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and support lead generation and CRM activities using Zoho CRM. This role will be responsible for researching, updating, and maintaining accurate lead information, engaging key decision-makers via email campaigns, and collaborating with the Business Development Manager to support ongoing sales pipeline growth.Familiarity with ZoomInfo, CRM best practices, and email marketing is essential.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Data Handling:
- Manage and maintain lead records in Zoho CRM, ensuring data is up-to-date, accurate, and categorized correctly.
- Perform regular audits of CRM data to identify gaps or outdated contact information.
- Tag, segment, and organize leads based on business development strategies.
Lead Research & Identification:
- Use tools like ZoomInfo to identify decision-makers within Tier 2 and Tier 3 companies already listed in Zoho CRM.
- Gather verified contact details, including names, emails, titles, and company information.
Email Engagement & Follow-Up:
- Support and execute email marketing outreach to engage target contacts.
- Craft and personalize message templates for outreach campaigns with a focus on B2B lead nurturing.
- Monitor and track engagement metrics such as open rates, replies, and follow-ups.
Coordination & Support:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align efforts with sales and marketing goals.
- Provide timely updates and reports on lead activities, engagement rates, and CRM usage.
- Assist in creating summaries or briefs of key accounts and potential prospects.
- Proficient in CRM Management - experience with managing, updating, and extracting data.
- Preferable experience with Zoho CRM
- Familiar with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar platforms.
- Background in virtual assistance, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong written communication skills for professional email engagement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with email marketing tools (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
- Number of verified contacts added to Zoho CRM.
- Engagement rates from email outreach campaigns.
- Number of leads handed off as qualified prospects.
- Responsiveness and reliability in task completion and communication.
