Plant Mechanic

We are hiring a skilled Plant Mechanic to ensure continuous operation of our quicklime production equipment. You will handle the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, rotary kilns, conveyors, crushers, and other plant machinery.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair gearboxes, pumps, motors, belts, chains, and valves
• Dismantle and assemble machine parts using hand tools and power tools
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report irregularities
• Collaborate with electricians, technicians, and engineers to resolve operational issues
• Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness in the work area

• TESDA NC II or NC III in Plant Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment
• Familiarity with heavy machinery used in cement, mining, or lime manufacturing is a plus
• Skilled in reading mechanical drawings and troubleshooting manuals
• Physically fit and willing to work in a hot, dusty, or noisy environment
• Willing to work onsite in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
