Job Description

Overall in-charge of the station
Supervise and coordinates activities of cashier and pump attendant
Prepare work schedule
Control inventory and receiving of deliveries
Prepare Sales report, reconcile daily/weekly and other reports as per require by the management
Train new and existing staff
Report all problems that may encounter within the station and recommend solution to addressed the concerns
Implement measures to improve worker motivation, performance and customer service.
Preferably with experience in handling Gas Station
Willing to be assigned in our available stations
Can start immediately
