Will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering business growth. As a key player in the IT distribution field, this role requires exceptional communication and decision-making skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Manage and grow the overall business performance of assigned product line(s), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Work closely with vendors, principals to align on strategy and ensure successful product positioning and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure streamlined product distribution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge, staying current on IT trends and competitive landscapes to propose innovative sales and product strategies.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, IT, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving set sales targets.
  • With sales team management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • With experience selling ICT solutions (any of the ff):

  • Switches/Routers/Access Points/Networks
  • Server & Storage
  • Structured Cabling
  • Security & Auxiliary Systems
  • Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City – accessible location.
