Cadet Engineer (EE)

CADET ENGINEER

Ensuring the handling of processes and procedures through documentation are met and in accordance to QMS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the direction from Manager/Supervisors, perform various duties pertaining to engineering services in an industrial environment.
• Under direction, undertake minor projects including technical research and collecting and compiling data.
• Gain knowledge of Councils of engineering and works functions including policies and procedures, and an understanding of Council’s corporate program systems relevant to the work area.
• Gain knowledge of engineering standards and requirements, legislative acts governing the work area.
• Perform any other duties that are reasonably within the competency, skills and training of incumbent as may be directed from time to time by the position’s supervisor.
• Establishes, maintains, recommends and implements a good housekeeping program for all areas of responsibility to ensure compliance to food safety standards set by 5S, GMP, ISO, HACCP, ERM & Halal.
• Actively participates in company programs and provide support at all times.
• Performs other related works as may be assigned by the Department Head and/or immediate superior.

• Fresh Gradate of Engineering Course or Minimum of 6 months experience as Cadet Engineer or Engineer Trainee

• Graduate of a degree in any field of Engineering leading to a membership of Engineers in the Philippines.
• Graduate of a degree in EE

• Fresh Graduate can apply.
• Willing to be trained as Cadet Engineer.
• Able to read and understand basic measurement units, can do calculations as well.
• Knows how to use basic excel, word access Microsoft applications format.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize workload.
