DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend marketing events representing the mission, vision, and core values of the company. 2. Promoting company services offered in-person, via call, or online to raise brand awareness. 3. Search for prospective partners through various method including recruitment agencies, employment agencies, hospitals, schools, and/or other social media platforms.
2. Keep track of promotional give-away inventories as the basis for supply requests and inventory report. 5. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Staff to lay-out and post promotional activities in social media platforms. 6. Maintain regular communication with other branches to update relevant marketing materials (e.g. PPT, brochure, service updates, give-away, and other related materials)
3. Perform customer service representative responsibilities, chat-support, email-support, receive inbound or outbound calls, assist walk-in clients, if no events need presence. QUALIFICATIONS 4.1 Education/License/Certification

• Graduate of Business, Marketing course or any relevant degree.

1. 2 Experience

• At least 6-months to 1-year of sales or marketing experience.

1. 3 Skills

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

1. 4 Others

• Amenable to work off-site or around Visayas area.
• Amenable to work during Sat-Sun if an event falls on a weekend.
• Amenable to render overtime if an event last beyond office hours.
