The Group Operations Associate provides basic administrative and operational support to the Group Insurance Operations team. The role focuses on data encoding, document handling, and routine support tasks to help ensure timely and accurate processing of group insurance transactions under close supervision.
Administrative and Data Support- Perform data encoding and updates of group insurance information in ePrecious based on instructions provided by senior team members.
- Process member enrollments, additions, deletions, and changes accurately and within service timelines.
- Maintain and update policyholder and member records in Group Asia.
- Support the preparation and issuance of policy documents, certificates and billing statements.
- Assist in follow-up on outstanding premiums and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Account Management for collection resolution.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects assigned by the operations manager.
