About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Supervisor - Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As an Outbound Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a high-performing team of sales representatives, driving their success and contributing to the overall growth of our organisation.

1. Manage and coach a team of outbound sales representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them exceed their sales targets
2. Monitor team performance, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement to optimise sales strategies and enhance overall team productivity
3. Develop and implement training programmes to upskill your team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team engagement and morale
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of sales campaigns and customer service
6. Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within an outbound sales environment
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to exceed sales targets
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective coaching and feedback
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and performance data
6. Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
