Overview

Back of the House (BOH) staff ensure smooth kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding the food quality and standards of Ciao Cabuyao.

Location: Cabuyao, Laguna

Schedule: Tuesday to Wednesday | 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation (chopping, cooking, plating).
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Coordinate with FOH staff for timely order release.
Follow kitchen safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least High School Graduate.
Experience in kitchen operations preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and can stand for long hours.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Preferrably can cook and with passion for cooking. Will be trained by well-known chef "Chef Buddy".
