Professional Medical Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regularly visits physician, drugstores, key hospitals and other key accounts in assigned territory and details and promotes the products;
2. Educates healthcare professionals on the benefits , indications and proper usage of the company products;
3. Implements approved Marketing activities;
4. Organizes and participates in medical conferences, seminars and other promotional events;
5. Manages territory business by securing availability of stocks in trade outlets by coordinating regularly with distributor (Oxford) counterparts, being knowledgeable of competitive information/strategies, profiling MD prescribers and trade accounts, keeping accurate and up-to-date records and preparing administrative reports.
6. Ensure that all activities, transactions and dealings with third party for the pursuit of business interest are within prescribed company policies and government regulations.
7. Ensures timely submission oof sales reports and forecast to managements;
8. Maintains and handles company assets in a manner that prevents loss or damage resulting to costly repair or replacement.
9. Maintains accurate records of sales visits, transactions and customer interactions through the CRM
10. Ensures ethical and professional conduct in all interactions with clients and stakeholders;
