Job Description

• Fully responsible for the Engineering department of quality, delivery, cost, safety and morale management of the department; exercise the power to guide, coordinate, supervise and manage production process of the company’s products; and undertake the obligation to implement the company’s regulations and work instructions.
• Oversee the technical execution of department
• Implement of Production plan and confirm the materials, mold fixtures and equipment’s in advance
• Regularly preside over workshop quality, regular meetings and full coordination of workshop quality work
• Analyze daily production situation, and analyze production efficiency, create and implement corrective and preventive countermeasures;

• Can Speak Chinese / Mandarin & English

• Know Lean and Six Sigma
• at least 8 years related experience in manufacturing
• with an advance professional training
