Job Summary:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements. This role involves monitoring business operations, developing compliance policies, work with internal audits, and ensuring that all departments follow established laws, standards, and company policies to mitigate risk and maintain ethical operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Legal Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory reporting.
- Basic understanding of tax, labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Effective cross-department coordination
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- High integrity and professionalism
- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (7am – 6pm) and Friday (7am – 4pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
