I help founders, consultants, and creators package their brilliance into high-ticket offers, build authority-led personal brands, and generate real wealth through content, sales systems, and distribution.

Current context:

Audience: founders, consultants, creators, operators

Growth driven by LinkedIn, content, opt-ins, and sales calls

The business works. The bottleneck is operational cleanliness, follow-through, and protecting founder focus.

That’s where you come in.

Your Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of sales support, onboarding accuracy, and operational hygiene.

Your job is to make sure:

  • Nothing slips
  • No client gets the wrong access
  • No lead goes cold due to admin lag
  • The founder is not buried in noise

This is a leverage role. You make the business run smoother and faster.

Core Responsibilities1. Sales & Close-Rate Support

You will keep the CRM clean and current daily:

  • Update lead status and deal stages accurately
  • Set and manage follow-up reminders for the founder or sales reps
  • Ensure no warm lead is forgotten

Prepare a daily snapshot covering:

  • New leads
  • Sales calls shown
  • Closes
  • Close rate by offer tier
This data informs decisions. Accuracy matters.
  1. Customer Onboarding & Tier Control

You’ll own the onboarding handoff once a sale is made:

  • Ensure every buyer gets:
  • Correct onboarding
  • Correct bonuses
  • Correct access level
  • Monitor and prevent tier leakage
(Good ≠ Better ≠ Best — access must stay clean)
  • Escalate fulfilment or access issues immediately
(Speed > perfection)
  1. Founder Time Protection

This role exists to protect focus.

You’ll:

  • Triage inbox messages related to:
  • Billing
  • Access
  • Basic “where do I find…” questions
  • Handle ~80% of operational queries independently
  • Only escalate:
  • Decisions
  • Revenue-impacting issues
  • True edge cases

Noise stays with you. Strategy stays with the founder.

  • Proactive — you don’t wait to be chased
  • Clear communicator (written English matters)
