We are currently hiring for an:
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversees the overall operations of the Electrical department and communicates both to NKC Japan head office and NKC Philippine office in accomplishing the assigned conveyor projects
- Makes sure that job output is within the customers and NKC standards
- Educates and mentors employees to improve their technical skills involving conveyor programming skills and professional ethics.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- With ten (10) or more years experience in a Conveyor designing related field specifically handling international car manufacturers
- With profound knowledge in Conveyor systems programming, PLC programming
- Can read, write and speak Japanese fluently or an N1 JLPT passer
- Can also communicate in English
- Good in coaching skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Has good interpersonal relationship and a Team Player
- Detailed and recent resume
- Copy of any skill certifications, achievements and school records
