Accounting Supervisor (CPA)

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA with strong leadership skills and solid experience in general accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.
• Identify risks and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax laws.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Support business planning and financial decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, laws, and regulations.
• Maintain proper financial controls and governance standards.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Streamline accounting processes for efficiency.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active PRC license.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of BIR, SEC, and Philippine regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
