Technical Support Specialist (Onsite – Cebu City)

• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Document support cases and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling client concerns
• Collaborate with other teams to improve technical solutions and customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

• At least 2 years of technical support experience (IT/software/hardware)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of help desk systems, remote desktop tools, and basic networking
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends if needed
