Role Overview:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, tracking, and organizing project documentation including reports, permits, correspondences, and submissions. This role supports project teams by ensuring document control processes are followed and all records are properly stored and updated.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and file all incoming and outgoing documents

Maintain and update document logs, transmittals, and filing systems (hardcopy and digital)
Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and site staff for timely submission and retrieval of documents
Ensure all documents are properly labeled, version-controlled, and secured
Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and summaries for project records

Follow company procedures for document handling and archiving

Qualifications: Graduate of any four-year course.

With or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.); experience in document control systems is an advantage
Strong communication and time management skills

Willing to work on-site or at project locations as needed
