We are continuously looking for healthcare professionals and customer service specialists who are passionate about delivering quality support to patients, providers, and healthcare organizations. - Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or other communication channels professionally.
- Perform medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, collections, prior authorization, or related revenue cycle functions, depending on the assigned role.
- Review and verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and healthcare documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- College Graduate
- Relevant experience in healthcare customer service, medical billing, collections, insurance verification, claims processing, revenue cycle management, or clinical support is an advantage.
- Registered Nurses (PHRN and/or USRN) are encouraged to apply for nursing-related opportunities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computers and common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays, if required.
- Amenable to onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home arrangements based on business needs.
