Job Description:
The AP/AR Specialist plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of Attcorp's daily financial operations. This position is responsible for executing end-to-end processing across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, and Month-End closing support.The successful candidate must meet strict daily productivity benchmarks and adhere to target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimise company cash flow and maintain exceptional vendor and customer relationships.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of high-volume AP/AR operations. Prior experience with Australian businesses or the construction sector is highly regarded.
- Software: Advanced hands-on experience with Xero is mandatory. Exposure to Procore and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English. Comfortable managing internal approver follow-ups and overdue customer collections.
- Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, high-volume data entry accuracy, strong organisational skills, and deadline-driven work ethic.
