ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job description:

Provides general accounting support promptly to the relevant department regarding day-to-day office work activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare Financial Statement reports
• Maintaining financial records o Records and organizes financial

• Prepare payroll for 15 and 30
• Input and monitor monthly sales (Store and Online)
• Checking daily sales transaction (Store Base)
• Checking in every project expenses o Inputs Sales in Columnar
• Inputs sales and expenses for the tax submission
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation with the bookkeeper
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Respond Clients Queries via email, viber, messenger & phone calls
• Prepares Billing Statement. o Responsible for billing, accounting & collections.
• Record Fix Asset acquisitions and dispositions.
• Monitored Internal control, procedures, and recording of fix assets
• Monitored/Checking Bank Transactions such as Check encashments, Check/Cash Deposit.
• Processing eGOV BancNet Online (Employees Benefits)
• Approved BancNet Payment for Building Taxes (Mandaue )
• Prepares 2307 for the building Taxes (Mandaue)
• Filing and controlling of documents
