The Sales Manager ensures that all potential sales leads from walk-in, sales call, phone-in, e-mails, are handled efficiently and converted into sales immediately. This position serves as a support for all the administrative requirements from sending of proposal, follow up and closing of business.
- Supports the Senior Branch Manager of all their administrative needs from sending of proposal, follow-ups, and sending of contracts.
- Professionally handles inquiries of guests from walk-in, sales call, phone-in, e-mail, and converts them to sales immediately.
- Politely welcomes and assists all guests; anticipates and address guest's service needs; assists individuals with disabilities; thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
- Ensures that all proposals and contracts reflect accurate information, from actual revenue to discounts.
- Offers SMX Packages to all non-exhibit sales inquiries to maximize revenues from both room rental and F&B.
