Distributor Sales Representative (Oils and Lubricants)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time role will be based in Bicol and will play a crucial part in expanding our reach and driving sales growth for our market-leading motorcycle tire products.

1. Actively identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities with motorcycle dealerships, repair shops, and other potential clients
2. Managing and growing existing client relationships to maximise sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and effective sales techniques
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
6. Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on performance metrics
7. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or distributor representative role, preferably within the lubricants industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
6. A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a keen eye for detail
7. A valid driver's license and familiarity with the Bicol area
