Ensure Data Security and assess potential threats.
Coordinate security system by adding/deleting users (Company ID and biometric of company employees).
Collects and prints attendance records from biometric.
Implement systems, rules, and guides for users to ensure safe keeping of data.
Assist and train new users with computers and software issues.
Assist in backup and recovery of digital assets.
Provide tehcnical support (e.g troubleshooting computer problems, repairing hardware).
Conduct and maintain IT inventory asset management.
Ensure cleanliness, orderlininess, and maintenance (PMS) of company tech equipment (computers, printers, cctv, projectors, cameras, etc).
Research and procure IT hardware and supplies.
Install and configure new software or hardware (pcs, printers, copiers and other equipment).
Facilitate successful communication between all parties involved (e.g install video and audio conferencing).
Develop and enhance business applications.
Establish new databases using productivity software.
Maintain Company Website *
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
