MARKETING MANAGER

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
• Direct end-to-end mall event operations, ensuring timely execution, operational readiness, and achievement of event objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen business performance through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
• Lead the department's annual strategic planning process.
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency in all marketing communications and promotional materials.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of experience in marketing, brand management, business development, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in consumer marketing, retail, hospitality, property management, or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor marketing budgets.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and analytics software.

Salary Range: 40,000 to 100,000
