HR ASSISTANT / STAFF

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• At least six (6) months experience as HR Staff
• Can work with less supervision
• With basic knowledge on labor laws.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Has knowledge on the processing of government mandated forms and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Department Heads.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) of their 201 file.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Assist in payroll by disseminating pays slip to each department.
• Communicate with employees in routing company memorandums.
• Properly handle issuances of memos to erring employee.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Administers applicant exams and requirements.
• Filling of salary loans, and updating Payroll master for the reimbursements and release of Sickness, Maternity and other government benefits.
• Sees to the upkeep and maintenance of personnel office and locker rooms
