• 3-4 years of Australian public practice tax accounting experience, ideally within an accounting firm serving SME to mid-market clients
• Strong hands-on experience in financial statements, workpapers, income tax returns, and clients with AUD 5M-10M turnover
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• CA-qualified or pursuing CA, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Strong technical expertise, commercial judgment, and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and build high-performing teams
• Committed to professional growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advisory support across SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and listed entities
• Apply technical expertise in Australian tax compliance, accounting standards, and middle-market business advisory
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders on communication, presentations, and strategic delivery
