Learning and Development Senior Specialist

Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Senior Specialist will be tasked to enhance our employee training and development programs, and will be responsible for developing training materials, evaluating training outcomes, and ensuring that all training activities align with organizational goals and standards in support to the Head of Organizational Development and Talent Optimization unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in training or learning and development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Any training certification is an advantage
- Amenable to be working onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
