Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation VA to fuel our business development efforts. This role is focused on identifying and nurturing prospective clients, booking qualified appointments, and helping the business build a scalable and sustainable pipeline.
The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and genuinely motivated to grow alongside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients through online channels, business directories, and outreach platforms
- Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads and guide prospects through the appropriate stages of the sales pipeline
- Book discovery calls and appointments for the sales team with pre-qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead statuses, and follow-up actions within the CRM (HighLevel)
- Re-engage warm leads and continue nurturing prospects who are not yet ready to commit
- Support the business's transition from referral-based growth to a structured and repeatable outbound sales process
- Coordinate outreach efforts and pipeline updates with the internal team through Slack
Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development support
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally GoHighLevel (HighLevel)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-directed and organized, capable of managing an active pipeline with minimal oversight
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with consistency
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and persistent yet professional follow-up
- A collaborative communicator who works effectively within a distributed remote team
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Familiarity with appointment-setting workflows and structured sales cadence tools
- Background in outbound email campaigns or LinkedIn-based prospecting
- Working knowledge of core marketing concepts and how agencies deliver value to clients
- Ability to identify process improvements and suggest enhancements based on outreach performance data
- Comfortable using Slack and Teamwork for daily coordination and task management
