AU Senior Bookkeeper - Work From Home

Job Description The role will focus on completing bookkeeping activities listed below- Manage own workflow and task schedule for multiple clients
- Bank reconciliation
- AR and AP processing (Invoice and Bills processing)
- Developing effective processes with Xero and integrated software
- Payroll, Timesheets, Superannuation, STP
- BAS/IAS
- Monthly closing of books
- Communicate directly with clients
- Communicate with ATO
- Graduate BS Accountancy or Accounting related Degree
- At least 2+ years Australian Bookkeeping work experience
- Experience managing 15-20+ clients
- Experience with Medical clients is desired (not essential)
- Sound working knowledge of Xero, Xero Payroll and experience with other software (e.g. Deputy, HubDoc, Dext, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Can work independently with high attention to detail
Salary level will depend on technical skills, knowkledge and experience.
